I saw Chloe for the first time on the day of my chest surgery. She immediately made me feel at ease despite not having met her beforehand and was very kind, asking questions and listening to anything I had to say, and explaining clearly what she was doing. Chloe was also sympathetic and compassionate after my mum, who came with me, expressed how she didn't agree with the surgery I was having. I also saw her for my post-op appointment, and again she was very nice and easy to talk to, also listening to me talk about different feelings of unwellness I experienced after surgery. She took care when removing my dressing and explained clearly what I should do to take care of the site afterwards. The surgery was successful and she did a great job, I loved her.

Chloe Wright at least conducted my online consultation but I also think she was part of the team who did my surgery on the day. My consultation with her could not have been easier. I think I was a bit of an awkward case, being non-binary with no great image in my head of what I wanted my chest to look like, just that I wanted it... not... feminine. I made things more awkward by avoiding sites like transbucket beforehand: I didn't want to build up an idea of what I wanted only to end up disappointed with what I got. Chloe was understanding and helpful, guiding me through the decision-making process and helping me to construct a more specific idea of what I wanted while maintaining a healthy amount of wiggle room to avoid that dreaded chance of disappointment. We even spent some time having a bit of a shared rant about gender politics. It's nice to find people on the same page. I think my consultation with Chloe was the first time I felt really comfortable talking to a healthcare professional about my body and the issues I have with it, which was great because I had to whip the baps out for her on camera. It was my absolute pleasure to speak with Chloe and, if she was part of the operating team on the day, she did a bloody fantastic job. I expected to feel just content not to have a feminine-looking chest anymore. I did not expect to actually LIKE what I see when I look in the mirror. But here we are. HIGHLY recommend.

Really pleased with my experience with Chloe Wright, from the start I felt safe and listened to. Highly respectful and nothing felt awkward- no question a stupid question as she was happy to talk and explain any worries I may have previously had. Never felt rushed and always had room for my say. All round a very nice and comfortable experience.

I had a video consultation with Miss Chloe Wright who explained to me what to expect from top surgery, what conditions there were for the different kinds of surgeries and also answered my questions clearly. She was very professional and friendly throughout the video call and made me feel very comfortable discussing what I imagined my chest to look like post-op.
